Refund & Returns

A 30-day return policy applies. This means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to ship the package and where to send it. Items returned before a return request has been made will not be accepted.

Damaged or Problematic
Orders: Please inspect your items upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and address it appropriately.

 

Exceptions/Non-returnable items:
Certain types of products cannot be returned, including fresh produce (food, fresh flowers, plants, etc.), customized items (special orders, personalized products, etc.), and hygiene products (beauty products, etc.). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions about specific products, please contact us.

We apologize, but we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

 

The fastest way to get the item you want in exchange is to return your current item and then purchase a new one separately after the return has been accepted.

 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped within the European
Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without providing a valid reason. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

We will notify you once your refund
return has been received and inspected. We will also inform you whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and make the payment to you.
